The OMM mount from WADSN is a modular heads-up optic mount that elevates the optics centre line height to 2.5", allowing users to retain a situational awareness of their surroundings, allowing for compatible interaction between optics and wearing personal protective equipment's such as gas masks, NVGs, masks and such. Precision milled with aluminium, this modular mount features the SC / IR design aesthetic of the mount, which provides configurable options for the end user to modulate with the included Picatinny long- or shortboard to the main OMM body, allowing for the installation of magnifiers at the rear, or peripheral, thermal or NVDD devices at the front. The shooter is able to decide upon adding or removing only the necessary weight that suits their needs. As a Gen 1 iteration of the OMM Micro, the main body features an Aimpoint Micro Footprint Mounting point with an off-centered design that allows owners to reverse the orientation of the body, to accommodate the clearance of a thermal-mounted device.
