Drawing inspiration from the military-grade Glock 19X, the compact crossover G45 seamlessly combines a compact slide with the full-sized Glock 17 frame, enhanced by the advantages of the Gen5 system. This innovative design meets the stringent requirements of both military and law enforcement agencies globally. As the latest offering from GHK, this highly realistic version of the Glock 45 accurately replicates the optics-ready Modular Optics System (MOS) pistol, complete with official trademarks and rollmarks from Glock, courtesy of its licensing with Umarex (Elite Force).
The 2025 model from GHK, the Glock 45, features an upgraded version 2 internal system that enhances overall tolerances and performance. It now includes a Top Down Centre (TDC) hop-up chamber that applies vertical pressure to the BB, resulting in a straighter, longer, and more stable trajectory for each shot. Additionally, the streamlined hop-up ramp and magazine feed lips ensure precise positioning and stabilization during BB chambering and cycling. As part of the V2 upgrade, the striker fire control system has been refined with a new trigger set and a simplified structural design, guaranteeing a stable and consistent trigger pull performance. The trigger pull has been improved to a lighter 4.4 pounds (down from 5.5 pounds), providing a smoother and more responsive shooting experience. Furthermore, the new version 2 magazine has been revised with an enhanced output magazine valve, ensuring stable FPS performance consistency and reliable gas flow, thereby enriching the overall shooting experience with this update.
Like its predecessors in the GHK lineup, the Umarex (Elite Force) Glock 45 Gen 5 MOS GBB Airsoft Pistol features an aluminum housing paired with a polymer lower frame, designed for dual power readiness right out of the box. This allows for a convenient switch between CO2 and Green Gas simply by changing the magazine. GHK indicates that using green gas yields an average FPS output of 320 FPS. As a Gen 5 model, the finger grooves have been removed to accommodate a broader range of hand sizes, complemented by a flared magwell for easier reloading and an ambidextrous slide release, enhancing the overall shooting experience. Additionally, as an MOS system, this model can accommodate the GHK MOS Reflex Sight Adapter set, allowing for the installation of optics with footprints from manufacturers such as Doctors, Trijicon, C-More, and Leupold.
