Description

The Ultraforce O-Ring Seal Lube is a lubricant solution for o-rings ideal for the firing systems found in airsoft platforms. The Ultraforce lubricant enhances the overall sealing and longevity of the o ring seals, designed to withstand the sudden impact of gas and liquid o-ring when applied, improving the dynamic performance and extending its service life. Able to withstand both green gas and CO2 gas pressures, the lubricant is nonflammable under likely conditions that it would encounter a fire source, showing no autogenous ignition, flash or fire points for temperatures up to 649 degree Celsius (1200 degree Fahrenheit), as followed by AS tests.

  • Sealant or lubricant in Airsoft Shooting Systems
  • High-temperature bearing, valve, and O-ring lubricant
  • Oven conveyor chain and bearing grease
  • Pressure relief valve lubricant
  • Any use that requires high-temperature stability, low vapor pressure, or chemical inertness


Chemically Inert

ULTRAFORCE O-ring Seal-Lube has demonstrated an exceptionally high degree of chemical inertness to many highly reactive chemicals. For example, Krytox? LVP grease shows no evidence of reactivity when exposed to:

  • Boiling sulfuric acid
  • Fluorine gas at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit)
  • Chlorine trifluoride at 10-50 degrees Celsius (50-122 degrees Fahrenheit)
  • Uranium hexafluoride gas at 50 degrees Celsius (122 degrees Fahrenheit)
  • Molten sodium or potassium hydroxide at 318-360 degrees Celsius (605-680 degrees Fahrenheit)
  • Hydrogen gas at 250 degrees Celsius (482 degrees Fahrenheit) and 250 psi
  • Ammonia gas at 250 degrees Celsius (482 degrees Fahrenheit) and 50 psi


ULTRAFORCE O-ring Seal-Lube is not reactive with any of the following materials when tested at room temperature:

  • Ethyl alcohol
  • Hydrazine
  • Diethylenetriamine
  • 90% hydrogen peroxide
  • Nitrogen tetroxide
  • JP-4 turbine fuel
  • Unsymmetrical dimethyl hydrazine Aniline
  • Inhibited red fuming nitric acid
  • Halogen acids
  • Chlorine or bromine
