Launching in tandem with their new Evolt line, the Tokyo Marui Marui Safe (MS) / Li-Po Stick Type Starter Set is a battery combo designed to work specifically with their Evolt system. The slim profile of the battery means that it can fit in the buffer tube of their Evolt rifle with minimal effort, even for a 7.4v battery Li-Po with 1500 mAh capacity. The battery uses the newly proprietary MS battery plug to provide a reliable and efficient means of energy transfer, providing a higher performance output and improving the trigger responsiveness of the Evolt rifle.
As the latest battery in their line-up, Marui uses the latest Lithium Polymer battery that maximises battery efficiency and packed with a plethora prevention features to enhance battery safety, along with their charger, developed specifically to charger their new battery. Below lists out the key features of the battery combo;
Slim Li-Po Battery:
This 7.4V 800Ah Li-Po battery is cold-resistant and has low self-discharge. It is slimmer and more compact than conventional NiMH AK batteries. Its high output also improves the response time from trigger pull to BB firing.
- Five Protection Functions: The battery is equipped with built-in protection functions to protect both the battery and the user from overcharging, over-discharging, short circuits, and other problems.

- Temperature Sensor: The battery's built-in temperature sensor allows the charger and electric gun compatible with MS/Li-Po batteries to detect the battery temperature. Operation will cease if the battery temperature is abnormal or outside the operating range.
MS/Li-Po Battery Charger:
This charger is designed specifically for Tokyo Marui MS/Li-Po batteries*. The battery's built-in protection functions and temperature sensor, along with various built-in protection functions, ensure safer charging, use, and storage of Li-Po batteries. *This product cannot be used with any other than genuine Tokyo Marui Li-Po batteries.
- Various Protection Functions: Six protection functions monitor battery temperature, charging current, charging voltage, and other factors to prevent overheating and other problems.

- Storage mode: The storage mode adjusts the battery voltage for storage. Pressing the "STOR" button checks the battery's condition and automatically charges/discharges until the battery voltage is appropriate for storage.
- LED and buzzer status notification: The standby, charging, and storage mode statuses are indicated by a lit/blinking indicator and a beep. In addition, if an abnormality is detected, the indicator flashes and the buzzer sounds to notify you of the specific problem.
