The Streamlight TLR 6 series of weapon lights are designed for subcompact pistols, this particular one is the non-laser version of the TLR-6 designed for Glock subcompact pistols. The TLR 6 weapon light is of impact-resistant polymer construction which has withstood a 1 m impact resistance test.
The Streamlight TLR-6 has a 100 lumens output with a max candela output of 2000 giving it a beam distance of about 89 meters with a run time of 1 hour. Due to this weapon light being designed for subcompact pistols most of which do not have any accessory rails, the TLR 6 is designed to be mounted on the trigger guard of the pistol. This variant of the TLR6 will fit on Glock 42, 43, 43X & 48, as well as the Umarex Glock 42 gas airsoft pistols.
The installation of this weapon light is quite straightforward, users could refer to Streamlight's official installation video above. The TLR-6 has an ambidextrous design and it takes two CR1 / 3N lithium batteries.
