The PPSh-41, also known as the Papasha or the Burp Gun is a Soviet Made submachine gun designed by Georgy Shapgin as a cheap, reliable, and simplified alternative to the expensive PPD-40. Famous for its rate of fire of up to 900 rounds per minute and the usage of the Tokarev pistol rounds. It wreaked havoc on the Eastern Front of World War II, so much so that the Germans started to capture these guns to use them against the Soviets. After the Patriotic War, the gun was also seen used in the Korean War, Vietnam War and can still be found nowadays used by militias and insurgents around the world.
