The Ronin Tactics Dragon Logo Patch (PVC) Limited Edition is a high quality PVC patch made in the USA. Dating back to the 1600s, the dragon seal was an imperial stamp used by the Emperor to mark his commands to the battlefield. The "De oppresso liber" crest is the oath to free the oppressed.
