The Smith & Wesson Model 10 is a revolver with a long history of production and service, and it has many names. Previously known as the Smith & Wesson .38 Hand Ejector Model of 1899, the Smith & Wesson Military & Police, and the Smith & Wesson Victory Model after World War 2, the Model 10 is a K-frame revolver that has seen action and service the world over. Being produced and seen service since 1899, the Model 10 and its variants are dubbed the most-produced handgun of the 20th century due to over 6,000,000 units produced and are still being in production today. The Model 10 having a service legacy that even outstretched the venerable 1911 is however being phased out rapidly due to the limiting factor of it being a 6-shot revolver in a world where semi-automatic pistols have double or even triple the round count and generally allow faster reloads (Unless you are Jerry Miculek). The last notable and largest police force that still services the Model 10 is the Hong Kong Police Force, having it as their standard beat carry piece since the early 70s with the introduction of the .38 Special +P round. That being said, they are currently looking for a semi-auto replacement.
Robinhood Tactical is a Taiwanese airsoft manufacturing company that provides high-end replicas of revolvers to like-minded customers who may not be able to own the real one. The Robinhood Tactical M10 Revolver Steel Replica is a testament to that, we dare to say that this non-firing replica is made even better than the real steel firearm, as it basically made the most realistic platform you could buy and made it even more realistic. This non-firing replica is based on the Tanaka Works Model Gun system, which closely mimicks the real steel action, however, due to Japanese laws, Tanaka guns are made of plastic, restrictions which Robinhood Tactical being based in Taiwan doesn't have, allowing them to use CNC steel material to create their version of the M10 non-firing replica.
Each replica revolver was made with CNC steel, hand polished and then given a bluing finish, a procedure only reserved for the finest of real steel firearms, and toping it all off is a pair of real rosewood grips again, cut, sized, and lacquered all by hand, giving you something even a real M10 couldn't give you and definitely a treat for revolver enthusiast to have in their collection.
