The Olight Osight is a high-performance red dot reflex sight designed for precision, versatility, and durability. The first optic from Olight, the Osight featured a unique industry first magnetic charging chase that allowed shooters to recharge their Osight anytime, anywhere, without having to remove the optic and protect the optic during transportation. Featuring a 3 MOA red dot for fast target acquisition, the optic is constructed with 6061 aluminium, offering superior impact and corrosion resistance. Its advanced multi-coated lens ensures exceptional clarity and a wide field of view, enabling rapid target acquisition with confidence.
As its standout feature is its industry-first magnetic charging cover, which not only protects the optic but also includes a real-time battery indicator. This innovative cover can fully charge the optic up to three times, with each charge completed in just 2.5 hours. The Osight X is powered by a built-in 170mAh rechargeable lithium polymer battery, while the charging cover houses an 800mAh rechargeable lithium polymer battery for extended use, allowing a battery life of about 70,000 hours on its lowest setting.
The optic offers 10 levels of brightness settings for daylight use and 2 settings for night vision, ensuring optimal visibility in any lighting condition, with the option to manually adjust, lock brightness setting or enable adaptive light brightness mode, all can be enabled with the light adjustment buttons. In addition, between the button is a battery status indicator that changes between Green > Yellow > Red to keep the shooter informed of the optics battery status. With an optics window of 0.94in x 0.85in, its parallax free and provides unlimited eye relief, enhancing accuracy and comfort during use. The Osight X is compatible with the Ruggedized Miniature Reflex (RMR) footprint, ensuring seamless integration with a variety of platforms. Additionally, it has been field-tested with over 10,000 rounds, maintaining reliability and holding zero throughout.
With its weather / corrosion / waterproof rating (IPX6 for the optic and IPX4 for the charging cover), and a weight of just 2.12 oz (60g) for the optic, the Osight is engineered for competition, training, and tactical use.
