The Walther PP (Polizeipistole or Police Pistol in German) is a legendary pistol that was designed and made during the onset of Nazi Germany in 1935. The PPK, K stands for kurz or short in German is a smaller version of the PP and it is used and favored by James Bond in the 007 film series, MI6 and the Royal Air Force of the United Kingdom, MACVSOG Recon Skydiver Team of the United States Armed Forces and the list goes on. Even on the infamous side, Adolf Hitler committed suicide with his personal PPK, a PPK was also used to assassinate a former South Korean leader.
The Marushin Walther PPK/S Model Gun is a 1:1 replica of the famous Walther PPK/S and it is also fully licensed by Walther. Although the gun is plastic, it does not look plastic at all as the finishing is done so well, this is expected from a reputable Japanese manufacturer and it feels really nice when holding it.
The action of the gun is quite realistic as well, as there is functional safety, a single and double action trigger. The ejection of this gun is very satisfying and you could rack the slide and eject the shells like you would a real gun. Loading the shells into the magazine, inserting the magazine, and chambering rounds are all authentic & realistic in action.
