Description

A 40 round magazine for the GHK gas blowback AKM rifle; this particular model is super heavyweight reinforced to the point that it is supposed to run on CO2. Like many CO2 powered Airsoft weapons, this magazine works by inserting a whole CO2 capsule inside the magazine.

The exact results on your performance will vary wildly depending on the exact pressure of the CO2, temperature conditions and state of your rifle.Whatever the exact performance you can guarantee that it will kick, hit and bang much harder and louder. The stock rifles performance is 380 FPS with Top / Green / Propane gas so on CO2 you can expect in excess of 410 FPS easily. Also, the stock rifle bucks like a mule on Green as is so stepping it up to CO2 will take you on quite a ride.

A magazine like this might also prove to be a must-have for users in colder climates who need CO2 pressure just as a brute force counter balance to get over the poor gas expansion present in cold conditions.

Conversely, you do not want to expose a charged magazine to anything above 35 degrees Celsius (95 Fahrenheit) as the increase in internal pressure will get dangerous. Also, do ensure to completely empty and remove the CO2 capsule before putting the rifle away in storage as the high internal pressure can cause harm for extended periods of time.
