The Model 660 / 6P Style flashlight is the 2nd iteration of the light by Maddog Customs, a part of the cultural phenomenon in the firearm and airsoft community for replicating builds such as Gordons Rifle from the Black Hawk Down incident (as well as the movie) and the Blood Diamond film, both a part of the rising popularity of "retro" build ARs. Using an LED bulb as its light source with 2 CR123A batteries as its power source, it outputs 180 lumens, providing enough light to illuminate a low-light room for positive identification. Built with CNC aluminum, and as Maddog manufactures this, this light comes prepared for airsoft use as the lens is made from polycarbonate, being able to withstand impacts of up to 1.5 joules BBs. The light also comes included with a tape switch, allowing more accessible actuation of the light at the shooter's preference.
