Launching in tandem the KT40 Grenade Shell, the Krytac KT320 is a modular grenade launcher system designed for adaptability to various environments and user preferences. Whether used as an underslung or standalone unit, and accommodating both left- and right-handed shooters, the KT320 can be configured to meet any operational requirement, utilising any 40mm grenade shell.
This single-shot 40mm shell launcher features an ambidextrous tube release catch located in front of the trigger, which opens the side-loading hinge for easy shell insertion and removal. A distinctive feature of the KT320 is its ambidextrous fire controls, including a safety selector switch that can be operated from either side of the launcher, requiring the button to be centred to fire. Furthermore, the load orientation can be reversed, allowing the hinge mechanism to extend from the right side, which is particularly beneficial for left-handed users. The launcher is equipped with Picatinny rail interfaces on both the top and bottom, enabling users to customise it with various accessories, optics, and peripherals according to their preferences. For those wishing to mount the launcher beneath their airsoft platform, the top Picatinny rail can be replaced with the included underslung mount, facilitating installation on any compatible airsoft platforms. At the rear, a Picatinny stock rail interface allows for the attachment of Picatinny stocks or QD mounting hardware, or it can be replaced with a stock tube adapter for traditional AR/M4 buffer tubes. Constructed primarily from polymer, the launcher remains lightweight, with minimal impact on overall loadout weight, while featuring a precision-milled aluminium tube for durability and stability when holding any 40mm shells.
Included in this kit is a barrel extension that increases the launcher?s overall length by an additional XXmm, ensuring unobstructed muzzle clearance for shells, a streamlined tactical profile, and compatibility with longer grenade shells. Krytac also provides a dedicated reversible belt holster, allowing the launcher to be carried independently, enabling quick access by releasing the index finger mechanism.
