G&P is well known for its high-quality, realistic airsoft machine guns, this one is no exception. The G&P MK46 SOPMOD / S (DX) is an airsoft light machine gun that is based on the tried and true G&P M249 series of electric airsoft light machine guns.
This variant of the MK46 has a foldable and length adjustable bipod that is built onto the gun for stability when shooting, the stock is also adjustable for length and it also has a shoulder brace for an even sturdier shooting position. There are Picatinny rails on the top cover and on all four sides of the handguard, allowing for the attachment of different accessories such as optics, lights, and lasers. The outer barrel is 14mm CW threading, allowing you to mount different muzzle devices as well such as a suppressor or a tracer unit.
This airsoft machine gun comes with a 3000-round battery-powered drum magazine as well as a dummy belt and 10 rounds of dummy 5.56 for added realism. The drum has a button so you could wind the magazine simply by pushing the button.
Finally, the gun itself has a deans connector allowing for different types of batteries that have a T plug, however, the drum has a large Tamiya-type connector, do note that it may take some digging to find a battery that fits.
