The Tokyo Marui M4 MWS gas blowback platform is famous for its highly realistic handling, but running these rifles on green gas or propane puts the internal nozzle return system through violent, high velocity cycles. Over time, the factory nozzle spring tends to bend or snap under this extra pressure. When that happens, you get massive feeding failures and a bolt that locks up right in the middle of a skirmish. The Classic Army MWS nozzle spring set gives you a direct, reinforced replacement built specifically to handle rapid fire rates and maintain crisp nozzle indexing during intense operations.
This kit drops directly into Tokyo Marui M4 MWS, MTR-16, and compatible AR-15 specification gas blowback rifles. Crafted from high tensile spring steel, these parts easily resist fatigue, bending, and tension loss even under rapid compression. The optimized spring rate guarantees reliable nozzle retraction without placing unnecessary stress on the polymer nozzle chassis. Weighing practically nothing and cut to the exact factory dimensions, they install without a hassle and keep your bolt carrier group moving at maximum speed. Each package includes one complete Classic Army nozzle spring set, giving you everything needed to get your rifle back in perfect working order.
