The new-look 'Tactical' STRIKER AST-01 from ARES Amoeba is the latest in the highly acclaimed STRIKER line of bolt action sniper rifles. The STRIKER line of rifles has always been considered some of the best, if not the best, out of the box airsoft sniper rifle for the price. Combining decent FPS consistency, modern designs, and a wide range of first-party accessories, the STRIKER and all three of is different iterations have taken the world by storm.
The AST-01 being the latest 'tactical' model features external upgrades such as M-LOK slots upfront on the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions, an adjustable cheek riser & butt pad, adjustable grip angle, and adjustable trigger. You will also find a redesigned safety lever placed in front of the trigger unit for easier access and magazine release levers that make it easier for the user to depress, releasing the magazine. Another aesthetic change includes a "stealth" bolt charging handle which is low profile.
Internally, the cylinder has been upgraded to feature a stainless steel housing for higher durability and an upgraded magazine feeding feature for more consistent feeding of BBs to the chamber.
As mentioned, the AST-01 is compatible with the whole line of STRIKER aftermarket parts with include both internal and external parts compatible with the AS-01, AS-02, as well as AS-03.
